Underwriting standards and a review of the applicants’ creditworthiness. Applicants must provide proof of employment or reliable income and valid government-issued I.D. Restrictions. In using the Website, you promise that you will not do any of the following:

• Disrupt or interfere with the security or operation of the Website or any Information, or any servers or networks connected to or accessible through the Website or affiliated or linked web sites;
• Upload, post or otherwise transmit through or on the Website any viruses or other harmful, disruptive or destructive files;
• Use or attempt to use or access another person’s personal information, or create or use a false identity on the Website;
• Attempt to obtain unauthorized access to the Website or portions of the Website which are restricted from general access.

Relationships with Lead Generators. We may from time to time offer you the opportunity to apply for a loan with an unaffiliated lender that is licensed to offer loans in your state. With your approval, we may forward information you provide to a third-party lead generator, who will in turn forward your information to one or more unaffiliated lenders for consideration. The information you provide us is not a loan application, and the lender may require you to provide additional information to enable it to make a credit decision. We have no control over which lenders, if any, will receive your information. We have no relationship with the lender, and we are not responsible for any actions or omissions of the lender or the lead generator. You understand that Dollar, the lead generator(s) and all third party lenders are independent entities. We are not acting on behalf of you, any lead generator or any third party lender, whether as an agent, broker or in any other representative capacity. If a lender decides to offer you a loan, we and the lead generator may receive compensation from the lender for forwarding your information to them. However, we make no promises that you will be able to obtain a loan. You acknowledge and agree that the lender is solely responsible to you for (i) all communications with you, including any adverse action notices or other required communications (ii) the terms and conditions of any loan, (iii) the delivery, execution or contents of any agreement or disclosure relating to your loan or application, (iv) compliance with all applicable laws and regulations relating to your loan, and (v) all other aspects of any application or loan transaction.

Third Party Web Sites, Content and Products and Services. Hypertext links or pointers to third party web sites and references to products and services offered or provided by third parties are provided to you for convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement or approval by us. Specifically, we do not endorse (i) the organizations that operate such web sites; (ii) the information, content, privacy policies or other terms of use on such web sites; or (iii) any third party products and services. We have no control or responsibility over, and do not investigate, monitor, or check for accuracy any third party web sites or information and/or content maintained by other organizations, or for products and services offered by third parties.
