I have been employed with Dollar Loan Center for the past 3 years and I’ve not only been able to grow as an individual, due to the great pay, but also professionally within the company. From Loan Processor to Store Assistant, I’ve learned so much about the business! Working at this company has literally changed my outlook on lending responsibly as well as financial integrity, which is very important in this economy, especially when you have a family that depends on you.

I was honestly surprised with the way I can successfully have a work-life balance with the steady, unchanging hours and consistent understanding from management when needed, due to family emergencies. In addition, I love the constant training and support I receive from my team daily, especially my manager Jazmin; I’ve never had a job where every day there is honest fun and positive attitudes along with commitment to get every application processed and actively help every customer we’ve come in contact with. Trust me, there’s always something new to learn!

Since joining, I’ve found that what I value most is the constant determination as well as work ethic from every employee within the organization that I’ve encountered. It is truly indescribable! Whether I’ve met them while working at the corporate office, inside one of the many store locations, at a sponsored event, or at the company’s local warehouse, the diligent dedication never changes which I believe is a direct reflection of the owner, Chuck, who I’ve also met and received praises from, on multiple occasions.

All in all, this is an incredible company to work for, and I would recommend anyone to be employed with DLC! This is a company who continues to strive for success locally as well as within other states by being a true community lender, no matter your financial status!
