# Fraud Alert

Have you received a phone call by someone saying you have been pre-approved for a loan but first you have to send money or a processing fee via a Money Pak? IT’S A SCAM! We do not ask for loans or transactions over the phone and there are no application fees or prepayment penalties.

If you receive a suspicious telephone call:

- Ask the caller to give their name, company name, address, and phone number.
- Don’t provide or confirm any bank account, credit card, social security number or other personal information over the phone.
- Never send anyone funds via a Money Pak or Green Dot Card to receive a pre-approved loan.
- Please report suspicious calls to your local law enforcement agencies.

If you question at all if the person contacting you is really a Dollar Loan Center at dontbebroke.com employee, ask for their number to call them back but FIRST call our customer service center at [866-550-4352](tel:8665504352) to confirm if it’s a legitimate call or not
