• This is a high-interest loan so we've included both interest and principal in all payments that you make on your loan. This way you're not ever stuck just paying the interest. We do highly encourage you to reduce the principal of your loan even further by making early payments to potentially reduce the finance charges you may incur. We encourage you to review the terms and conditions of our loans verses other loans available to you.

Personal Loan Satisfaction

We are confident that our loans are affordable and our rates are competitive. We encourage our borrowers to seek better credit terms whenever possible even if they are with other lenders. We want our customers to feel absolutely satisfied that they received a fair loan from a company they trust.

• We never charge an origination fee!
• There will never be a prepayment penalty if you pay off early! In fact, we encourage you to pay off early!
• We will always tell you up front how much the loan costs you, so that you understand what you will pay.

If you accept a loan offer from Dollar Loan Center and you find a better option, or you change your mind for any reason, you may rescind your loan with no penalty. Simply return the funds in full within the timeframe specified in your loan agreement and your account will be closed.

Up Front Costs for Your Loan

The cost of credit is always clearly disclosed to you in terms of the Annual Percentage Rate, Finance Charge, and Total of Payments you are required to repay according to the Federal Truth in Lending Regulations. Late fees, returned item/NSF fees, or ongoing interest may apply as outlined in your “Promissory Note” or loan contract if you fail to pay your loan on time. We will never charge you any hidden fees or other charges that are not fully disclosed in your loan agreement.

Late Payments and Non-Payment

If you do not make a loan payment by your due date, we will attempt to contact you using one or more authorized methods, including phone calls, emails, and text messages to make payment arrangements. If we are unable to reach you or if we cannot collect on a delinquent loan you owe, a notice may be reported to the 3 major credit bureaus reflecting your delinquent loan. This action may impact your credit rating. Some delinquent accounts may be placed or sold to a third party collection agency that follows the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

Renewing Your Loan

Dollar Loan Center will never renew your loan without your express permission pursuant to the terms of your loan agreement. We strongly encourage you to reduce the principal of your loan by making early payment to reduce the interest on your loan.
