# Seven Months From Loan Processor to Manager Track

Hi, my name is Luisa Bermudez, and I am a store manager in training.

I have been with DLC since 2025. I was promoted to this position 7 months into being a loan processor. What helped become successful was being open minded, having the willingness to learn and following the DLC core values.

It was not too hard to overcome challenges due to the patience of our regionals and our store managers and the open communication we have when learning and needing questions answered.

What prepared me for promotion was not only my own personal drive wanting to grow and one day play a more important role, but the people here at DLC who saw something in me and believed in me. It helped grow my confidence to do the work I do today.
