# I Helped Build a Million Dollar Store and Opened a Door

I have been able to work with amazing DLC Rock Stars!

At Rainbow location I aided my store to become a Million Dollar Store!! I won Loan Processor of the Year at the Holiday Party in February 2018!

DLC saw my hard work and gave me the opportunity to move up to management where I learned no matter your title or how long you have been with the company, you can always learn from each other, work together as a team, and have some *Rock Star Ideas* implemented 🙂

Now as a manager of Riverpark, I encourage my team to learn from each other. Learning from each other can bring you and your store success.

Compliance is our best friend; it is important to know what is expected and accepted.

I am so grateful for the great new tools because now we have DLC knowledge at our fingertips.

Don’t forget that going over and beyond is not just a goal but a DLC Lifestyle.
