Marketing Administrator Position Available in Park City, UT

Dollar Loan Center is currently looking for a Marketing Administrator in Park City, Utah. This is a full-time position that will work directly with our National Marketing Director.

Position Summary:

This position will be responsible for handling and assisting with a wide-range of tasks associated with the Marketing Department.  The person in this position will provide general administrative assistance to the director of marketing and will be responsible for handling heavy calendar management, prioritizing, organizing, and managing multiple projects simultaneously, while interacting with both internal and external executives and assistants as well as outside vendors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • The person selected for this position will be working closely with the director of marketing; constant and continuous communication is required.
  • Organizing and assisting with marketing calendar management
  • Purchasing office/marketing supplies as needed (Inventory control)
  • Verification of invoice and advertising accuracy(Affidavits)
  • Build and maintain spreadsheets
  • Data extraction and compilation of information from various sources
  • Assist with link building and social media as time permits

Essential Requirements and Preferences for Education and/or Experience:

  • The minimum of a High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Five years previous administrative and or office management experience is preferred.
  • Computer literate  – Must have a good working knowledge and the ability to use Microsoft office programs including but not limited to MS Excel and MS Word (Excel proficiency exam may be required)
  • Excellent communication skills  - Must be able to communicate effectively with customers, employees, vendors, all departments, and the director (Written and Verbal)
  • Superior Organizational skills – Must be able to keep track of what’s going on with all media in every region
  • Attention to detail
  • Must be able to follow directions
  • Available to work all hours as required by the position.
  • Hard-working and dedicated to the goals of Dollar Loan Center.
  • Familiar with basic office equipment and daily activities.
  • Have reliable transportation.
  • Satisfactorily pass a background check.

Dollar Loan Center is currently taking applications to fill the position of Marking Assistant in Las Vegas, NV.

This position will be responsible for handling and assisting with a wide-range of tasks associated with the Marketing Department and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision.  This position will assist marketing performance by tracking results and providing administrative support to the Director of Marketing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for heavy calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants as well as outside vendors.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for proofing advertisements and verification of affidavits.
  • Responsible for building and maintaining reports as they relate to the Marketing Department.

Essential Requirements for Education and/or Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing and/or Sales
  • Five years previous experience in lieu of degree
  • Expert level written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Proficient in creating Excel spreadsheets

Specialized Knowledge/Beneficial Skills and Experience

  • Support experience in a professional services, financial services, sales or marketing environment.
  • Ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
