Job Description: Facilities Associate - Anaheim
Assist the Facilities Manager in maintaining all facilities within your region. Perform maintenance on existing locations to provide for a safe clean work environment. Facilities Supervisor - Anaheim
Job Description: Facilities Supervisor - Anaheim
This position manages Facilities staff & activities including, but not limited to: construction projects, electrical, low voltage, plumbing, HVAC, signage, office furniture. Must possess strong knowledge of LA and Orange County roads, areas, city regions, ways of navigating traffic, etc. This position is responsible for staff leadership and direction, including goal-setting, feedback, and annual performance appraisals. Heavy project management with be required for this position.- Manage the Facilities staff by providing employee communication, training, goal-setting, appropriate feedback, and performance appraisals.
- Manage the activities within Facilities, prioritizing emergency issues, day to day assignments, and large projects to ensure deadlines are met and internal/external customers are satisfied. Delegate appropriately.
- Pro-actively review all facility issues to avoid potential store issues that could result in closure.
- Manage and document the set up/installation for each new store. Perform unscheduled quarterly inspections of each store using a checklist to document any changes/issues. Educate store management on the stores inner workings to allow them to see potential problems before they happen.
- Ensure that all locations are maintained at the highest standard. Inspect that everything in the store looks presentable and is not damaged by delegation of duties and/or vendor assistance.
- Consistently work with vendors to guarantee the best rates are given to DLC and communicate findings to the FTS Director.
- Handle all new construction of stores from start to finish with a documented plan using outside vendors and FTS staff.
- Work with the security manager to implement extensive security measures at all levels of access to the store guaranteeing the safety of DLC staff and customers.
- Have a full understanding of building codes for all current municipalities that DLC is located in plus the ability to easily research proposed new locations.
- 2 years demonstrated successful experience in all aspects of Facility maintenance/management including extensive project management, new store set up for proper placement of wiring, HVAC, lighting and furniture/equipment.
- Several years of intimate knowledge of Los Angeles county roads, areas, ways of navigating traffic, city regions, etc.
- Ability to travel as needed to complete various facility projects.
- New store setup/construction experience mandatory.

This position is responsible for providing quality End User Support including software, hardware, and network assistance. The successful candidate MUST have 2+ years desktop support/help desk experience. Job Description: Transportation Fleet Coordinator - Anaheim
This position involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of a fleet of transportation vehicles for the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for the assignment, schedules, and maintenance of the Transportation Fleet, and work closely with the Facilities manager to assist where needed with the Maintenance Fleet. Must possess strong knowledge of LA and Orange County roads, areas, city regions, ways of navigating traffic, etc. This position will also work closely with the owner of the company in managing his personal transportation needs both on a scheduled and as-needed basis. The successful candidate must be punctual, professional, and have a strong knowledge of the surrounding areas to provide options for traffic and other delays. The right candidate must also possess good customer service skills, as well as basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, etc). Working flexible hours will be mandatory for this position.- Along with the Manager of Facilities, work with fleet personnel which includes coordinating, training, and scheduling duties and responsibilities for fleet maintenance (repairs, upkeep, cleaning) as well as driver duties (pick up, drop off, assist with luggage or personal items)

This position involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of a fleet of transportation vehicles for the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for the assignment, schedules, and maintenance of the Transportation Fleet, and work closely with the Facilities manager to assist where needed with the Maintenance Fleet. This position will also work closely with the owner of the company in managing his personal transportation needs both on a scheduled and as-needed basis.
